Our managing partner, Philip A. Pollak has worked extensively within the Real Estate industry. Prior to founding Stoneblock Management, Mr. Pollak was the Senior Asset Management Analyst for Harbor Group International where he managed a national multifamily portfolio of 25,000+ units across 60+ properties. Stoneblock Management’s second Managing Partner, David Salzman also has had an impressive career within the Real Estate industry. Throughout his career, he has managed more than 2,500 units at one time, where responsibilities have included: facilities management, tenant relations, procurement, ensuring government compliance, and leasing vacant units to highly-qualified tenants.
